"LIMITED WARRANTY"
All projects are warranted against workmanship and Manufacturer defects.
Irrigation: One (1) year parts and labor. Workmanship and/or manufacture defects, subject to inspection and is not covered for misuse or add-ons not performed by VanLeeuwen Landscape., leaks caused by dragging, neglect and lack of maintenance causing system to work improperly.
Timers: One (1) year once installed will be programmed by VanLeeuwen Landscape and set to establish growth at current season. Home Owner will be provided operation manual and will be responsible to make appropriate seasonal adjustments as well as determine soil drainage, subject to inspection and is not covered for misuse and exposure to excessive sun.
Plants, trees, sod and all other living specimens: 90 day replacement and installed, subject inspection and is not covered for neglect including over and or under watering, lack of nourishment. Improper maintenance causing damage to specimen, Mother Nature or other misuse factors such as animals. If determined plants etc. will be replaced at the 90 day expiration, one (1) time only. Do not remove specimen. If removed it will not be replaced. No exceptions.
Water Features, Fire Places, etc: One (1) year workmanship and manufacture defects, subject to inspection and does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, regular cleaning.
Hardscape includes concrete patios all types: One (1) year workmanship and/or manufacture defects, subject to inspection and does not cover misuse, mother nature, lack of maintenance, grout shrinkage.
Patio Covers, Arbors, etc.: One (1) year manufacturer defects, workmanship, subject to inspection and does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, Mother Nature.
Low Voltage Lighting: One (1) year manufacturer defects, workmanship, subject to inspection and does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, Mother Nature.
Any and all Masonry: One (1) year manufacturer defects, workmanship, subject to inspection and does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, Mother Nature.
This warranty does not include maintenance, including the re-growth ofBermuda with desert landscape construction. weed and/or any other maintenance needed following subsequent installation.
All warranty concerns must be submitted in writing via our website @ www.vanleeuwenlandscape.com or by fax: 602-243-0047.
Service and/or repairs not covered under this Limited Warranty will be billed at $25.00 per man-hour plus parts. There is a minimum Trip Charge of $35.00, due and payable on that day, if you elect to not have VanLeeuwen Landscape, LLC, make the repairs not covered under the Limited Warranty.
While your phone calls are welcome they may not preserve your rights and will not be considered as a legitimate complaint. Please put it in writing. It will serve as your work order and preserve your spot on our schedule of repairs. Be sure to include your Name, address, phone number and Contract date on all correspondence.

I have read and received a copy of this agreement and understand and agree to all of its contents. Also, I agree that my coverage begins on the completion day.
